There was a lot for us to learn as first-timers, but Kayse was so good about teaching us, guiding us, and making the process as easy and stress-free as possible. The housing market in Seattle is crazy and we needed to move FAST (we had a baby on the way and were on a deadline), but Kayse was right there with us with no complaints. We probably saw upwards of 15+ houses within a week. When we first started searching, we were also looking in all-over - from North Seattle all the way down to Federal Way - but Kayse was so accommodating and made it work so that we could see all the houses we wanted. She was a pro at organizing the timing and logistics as well, even though open house times were limited because of COVID-19 restrictions. We knew that she was working with other clients at the same time, but we truly felt like we were her only clients. She always made us feel like her top priority. In the end - even though we were looking at new listings any chance we got - she was the one who actually identified the house we ended up buying. And again, we were so grateful for her speed. She was able to get us in to see the house the same evening and helped us put together an offer by the next morning. When a competing offer came in around the same time, she worked with the seller's agent and helped us negotiate so that we were able to get the house. She didn't make us feel pressured when we were still debating the terms either. We don't have enough good things to say about Kayse. She's clearly knowledgable about the local market and how to negotiate on your behalf, is dependable and trustworthy, and just a great person/agent. I had a billion questions as a first-time home buyer and had had a bad experience with another Realtor® before. Kayse was able to answer all my questions, get more info from the listing agent when I needed to know specific answers, and help me complete paperwork. She connected me with lenders and mortgage brokers who got me pre-approved for a loan and explained the details I needed to feel ready to buy. When we submitted our offer, Kayse packaged everything perfectly, staying in touch with the listing agent throughout the process to ensure there were no outstanding questions. I was able to get my house despite higher competing offers because of Kayse's thorough work, great relationships, sense of urgency, and incredible communication.
